1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services (e.g., product listing, optimization, or advertising setup) within the specified timeline, you are eligible for a full refund of the affected service fees.

  • Revenue Guarantee: As per our “Revenue Guarantee” (see About Us), if we do not achieve:

    • +15% sales growth in Month 1, we provide free optimization.

    • +40% total revenue by Month 3, we offer a free third month.

    • 3x ROI within 6 months, we extend support at no cost. If these milestones are unmet and you choose to discontinue, a prorated refund for unfulfilled services applies.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with our services (e.g., AI content, graphic design, or PPC campaigns), notify us within 7 days of delivery for a review. We’ll work to address concerns or offer a partial refund based on work completed.

2. Subscription & Recurring Services

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Refunds for the current billing cycle are prorated based on unused days.

  • Annual Plans: Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, prorated refunds apply for unused months, minus a $50 admin fee.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom Work: Product hunting, custom graphic design, and bespoke web development are non-refundable once initiated, as they are tailored to your specifications.

  • Third-Party Fees: Costs for platform ads (e.g., Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect) or third-party tools are non-refundable, as they are pass-through expenses.

4. Refund Process

  • Submit requests to support@globalscopesecom.us with your order ID and reason for refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Approved refunds may incur a 5% processing fee for credit card transactions.
